Surface mount PCB design and manufacture.

In our state-of-the-art production unit, automated surface-mount lines prepare circuit boards for the post production area, where remaining components are added on our robotic assembly lines, before being cased into plastic mouldings.

Each product is extensively tested before it is delivered to our fulfilment centre.

Injection moulding is another vital part of the production chain.

Stylish plastic casings for products including memory cards, broadband adaptors, MP3 players and even ‘clamshell’ transparent packaging are all produced on-site.

In-house tool designers carefully interpret our hardware engineers' designs, creating detailed CAD-CAM models. These models form the template used by engineers in the tool-making facility. Once the tools have been developed, they are delivered to an extensive injection-moulding department with a capacity for producing over 50,000 plastic mouldings each day.
